Retreat weekend check in starts at 3 pm. The Conference Center is wheelchair accessible and there is an elevator. The rooms are hotel style with individual bathrooms. Most rooms have two beds and the weekend costs are considerably less when a room is shared. There are a limited amount of single rooms available at a premium cost and are offered on a first come, first served basis.

The Conference Center has a indoor heated pool with a large jacuzzi, game room with pool table and ping pong. There is a large lake on the premises (fishing requires a PA license) with a waterfall and miles of hiking trails. There is ample recreation time on Saturday afternoon to enjoy the amenities including shuffle board and miniature golf. 

 Five meals are included (Dinner Friday, Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner Saturday and Breakfast Sunday) . Some accomodation can be made for individual dietary needs and should be noted when registering. Snacks, Coffee, Tea, various beverages and bottled water are included as is an Ice Cream Social on Saturday night.
